After 1 minute the game shut off without any anouncement

Hello there, i have a problem with my computer. After i opend the phoenix client it takes around
one or two minutes the client suddenly shut down. No comments were shown. Playing is even not
possible. Does anyone has a solution for me? Thank you for your help!

If you havent patched the live client in awhile, do so. Then run Phoenix and let that patch. Sometimes Phoenix will update some files that cause a conflict with an older version of the file from live. At least that's my theory. If all else fails, try a clean reinstall.
