Account/Game isn't working please help

Hello, last two nights I have tried to load into DAOC Phoenix however while on the loading screen it stops loading and in the top right corner it says that my account does not have access to the game and it says to hit esc to exit. I am fairly certain that I did everything I was suppose to do in terms of creating my account and verifying it. Is there something else I need to do?

When I did my account I verified my email address. I tried to find the picture you sent me where it shows a box that says resend verification email and I didn't see that box when I hit log in. Is it in a different section?

I am able to get into the game but what happens is it gets to the loading screen of the game where and when it gets to the end in the top left corner it will say my account doesn't have access and to hit escape.

Are you running phoenix.exe not camelot.exe?
