Apparently my account has been banned (Jhojo and Ghrog). I have a different account though. Uncertain what's going on. I don't know if I should mention my account name here. I just recently started playing. I did try some months back (year ago). But haven't played since. My wife is now playing as well (same household). Why have I been banned? I was logged out while afk helping my wife install/load up. When I try to log in I get a "account suspended" notice. But, forums say perma-band. Literally, my toon is level 1. Let me know. Thanx.

When you go onto the main site, in the top right there are small icons to discord / facebook / twitter
