Hi my account is suspended and not sure how to unsuspend it. Can anybody help ?

Search for the name of your highest realm rank character and see why you were banned; if it's multiple accounts or real money trading, you're done for good; if it's something else you might have a chance by contacting a GM on Discord.

I will try to reach out to a GM, but i can assure you its none of the above i stopped playing for quite a bit, and don't believe in buying gold, to begin with. If anything my account information got hijacked and used is what i think may have happened. More then likely you will even be able to confirm it when you trace the IP's and see where they even logged in from. So i will wait for a GM. ThankS guys for the help

You are having multi accounts. This acc (the one you used for this post), has been banned for about 2 years now because it is a multi account. Try to log in the other account who only got a time ban, when the other accunt was perma banned and you will be able to play.
If you are still having issues after doing this, contact a gamemaster on Discord.
1. Account Policy
1.1 Multiple Phoenix accounts are not permitted.
There may only be one account per person and each person must have their own computer, if you have fewer computer than people you can share the account(s), we have 100 character slots per realm per account. Measures are incorporated to detect multiple user accounts. This includes creating an additional Phoenix account when banned or suspended.
1st offense: Warning and all but 1 account will be deleted. The remaining account will receive a 3-day ban.
2nd offense: Permaban of Player
If you are still having issues after doing this, contact a gamemaster on Discord.
