Hi there i would like to ask if it is possible to recreat my acct. , couse i would like to play on phoenix again but my acct. was suspended because of using 2 acct. on my pc. Can anybody help me with some Info ?

If it was suspended then it will be for 3 days, they ban on multiple offences.
If you created another account while suspended or multi-boxed after receiving a previous warning then you're out of luck.
Best to talk to a GM on discord.
