Account or Password incorrect

Account or Password should work as i am able to log into the Forum with it, but not into the game with same credentials.

Please advise

After 3 unsuccessful attempts, "too many unsuccessful login attempts"

The forum supports special characters that the launcher doesn't. Please change your password and try again.

no special characters and still wont login. I even made a PW without any numbers and still no luck. Any thoughts here?

Tried making another account--no numbers or special characters in username or PW--still doesn't accept it. Forum logs in first try.

My issue was operator error. I was trying to launch the game using the camelot.exe instead of the phoenix.exe.
