Hello, last two nights I have tried to load into DAOC Phoenix however while on the loading screen it stops loading and in the top right corner it says that my account does not have access to the game and it says to hit esc to exit. I am fairly certain that I did everything I was suppose to do in terms of creating my account and verifying it. Is there something else I need to do?
