Account not on file or invalid

Hi there,

made my account some mins before, but i'm not able to login.
Tested on pc from my husband, same mistake.
He is playing since yesterday without problems.

If there is a problem with my mail-adress I tested a second account. Same Mistake.
Can you help me?

Second account could be deleted, i will send you name+mail-adress with pm if you want.
