Account for family member

I am wondering how I go about setting up confirmation for a family member to have an account plz?
He’s registered and just waiting to see what’s next . Thank you, Jess

There is no "family member registration".
Just read the rules (which you obviously already accepted)... the first 3 rules will clarify any household limitations.
