Account Denied Access for Darius

Hi Uthred I just read your response to Darius. I am the father in this household. Darius is my son and Naomifulbloom is my wifer. Our daughter Moonkat also has an account. Darius is visiting us for the month of July and I encouraged him to try the game. He set the account up on the 2nd and is using my wife's laptop to play. Her and him have never loged on at the same time which is why I am surprised her name was mentioned in the ban. You can talk to all 4 of us on discord if you need to verify that there are 4 of us. Please let me know how we can fix this as we are all having a great time playing on Pheonix. Thank you,
