What lvl can i start pvp?

Hola amigos.

First time Daoc player here. Looking for a new game to fix my pvp itch.

At what level can i start pvping?
Can i gear through pvp?

There are battlegrounds at:
20-24
25-29
30-34

After that its all located in big boy RVR in the frontiers.

You will get gear thru PvE. You will make gear through Crafting. You will create stats for crafted gear through crafting.
You will make templates and max out everything using everything above.
