Right now, you can turn /fairfight on, check the list, then immediately turn it off so that you know who's out there (at least who's bothering to use the command), but they don't know that you know. There should be some sort of timer for the toggle, like 10 minutes maybe? I'm guessing this is the same for /gvg as I'm pretty sure I've read someone complaining about groups doing just this.
Maybe the timer would continue even after you're no longer solo? An obvious way around the timer would be just to group with someone and then ungroup, but maybe it could stay on regardless of your group status? Just tossing around thoughts. There would obviously be problems with this approach, too, since you wouldn't know if you were hunting down someone who's still solo or not.
