Thid DOT/DD charge items?

Can you get level 24 DOT or DD items?

I’m thinking of coming back after a hiatus. I don’t want to go to 50 and join the Zerg fest so will just make thid toons. I want to make some random specs to make the old game feel new, hence the above question to help with those. Thanks!

A few months ago in the BGs, I used crafted dd charges....the lvl 20 ones for thid. No DoT till lvl 47.

Also, b/c recharging a level 20 dd charge was 10g per charge, I just made low lvl 99% stuff and threw it away when the 1g alchemy charges were used up.

Maybe the obscene recharging prices (or lack of 'renewal'

has been changed...?

I think there is only the four types of DD charges that require level 20 to use and they are 10g per charge to recharge.
