RvR Pot, Offensive, Defensive, and Clicky Timers?

I'm in the process of building a template for my shadowblade. I've heard many different things, but I need experienced players to tell me what shares a timer on this server.

1. Does Heart of Legion share a timer with "WORN" offensive clickies, i.e. a gem with a 64 DoT proc?
(this is important, if I choose to clicky rupt a target with an item, then I can't heal, thus negating the utility of it altogether)
2. Can you pop heart of legion, a heal pot, and IP all back to back?
3. Can you pop heart of legion + the 52 hp/HoT clicky at the same time? If not, can I use the HoT clicky + Heal Pot + IP?
4. I'm assuming all buyable feather / associated DEFENSIVE items are clickable from inventory?
5. I'm assuming all OFFENSIVE clicky items must be WORN, i.e. DD clickies, DoT clickies, LT clickies.

IF ANY of the above shares a timer... how long is it?

1: All charges (that can be "reloaded" at a recharger NPC) share a cooldown. The only variable here is that Buffing/healing charges can be used from an item sitting in your bag while a damaging/debuffing offensive-based charge MUST be equipped on your character in order to use. Again, the two types share a cooldown.

2: Yes you can use heart of legion, a heal pot, and IP all back to back, however a Shadowblade does not have access to IP on this server.

3: I assume the HoT you are referring to is the health regen clicky and is a charge, in which case see #1. That said, the health regen abilities are rather bad on this server and generally are NOT worth using compared to a healing alternative. First aid would even be better, since it's heal scales with your health pool like IP.
