MOC is a heavy investment in RA points and has a 10 minute cooldown. There are already many counters to moc: Stun, Mez, Nearsight, and Amnesia. A lone pet that is orange con or higher should not be able to interupt or have a chance to interupt a player while in MOC. It is a dumb mechanic. No random pet should be able to cancel out 30 RA points worth of MOC when there are already 4 other counters to MOC. Remove this mechanic from the game.
Pets should not interupt players in MOC. Period.
