New player on Pheonix - Phoenix Freeshard

Heya!

Just gonna start my first char and i want to know first
which realm needs more players? And probably will play
a stealth class.. is that true archer are broken? Any suggestions are welcome!

I would say Alb needs clerics, Hib needs heroes, and Mid needs runemasters.

But I'm an Alb, and Hibs will probably tell you to roll druid or bard, and Mids will tell you to roll healer or shaman.
Do whatever you like. There's enough stealthers however, if you want to group a lot, and help your realm, play a group-friendly class.

And you should probably do yourself a favor and start with a class that will find groups easily or can solo well.
So Hib: Animist/Druid/Bard/Warden/Enchanter, Mid: Shaman/Healer/Spiritmaster, Alb: Necro/Friar/Cabbalist/Cleric all give you an easy ride as your first class.

This is a free shard however. Play what is fun to you.

I would add that beware of picking a bad solo PvE class. In the begining levels this can be a little drab because there are far less lower level groups than before because most people are at lvl 50 including their alts. Most PvE groups tend to happen at 30+. Good news is "most" classes can spec for solo PvE and you can pretty much respec whenever you want (once you hit 24 hours /played on a level you can no longer respec which will really only affect lvl 50s). So if you get a group you can respec really quick.
