Is Healing Overtuned?

I am of the impression that healing is too strong on this server. I do not know if it is the instant heals or just the healing modifiers.

What are your thoughts?

do you have difficulty killing someone?
8v8 or zerg fight are to long?

personnaly my 2 anwer are no and no.
so... just for this reasons i think heal are not overtuned.
yes they have less power consumption and little faster cast than live at same patch level.
But like i remember, be a healer at 1.65 with my cleric gameplay was too hard and boring cause out of mana too fast and cast time too long.
in this custom server healer can be more reactive and heal longer but this don't have really big impact on fights... fight are not endless, they are really fast...
And with or without this mod, and like all pvp games the best rules : focus/rupt the healers if you want a fast/easiest fight they only have 2 instants !!

I just think that some players go from like 5% to 100% too easily. I am not talking about nerf batting healing class. Perhaps tweak cooldowns or numbers a bit.

Too many players focus on DPS and not enough on interrupting heal classes. Bad tactics on one's own part does not mean that a nerf is needed on the opposing player's part.

That's also likely an enemy popping ignore pain RA.

Many run high heal spec right now, due to free buff charge items.
And the high spec insta heals are 100%.

And with low reuse timer it means healing might be out of control.

Personally I would rather have lowered damage, and long reuse timer.
I miss the fights that were about attrition.
