Implement 10 min stream delay please.

Poor choice to take it out. Poor choice to hear folks cry on stream about delay. Poor choice to stream Phoenix server. Sorry not sorry.

Technically they are not recording you, they are just streaming

And there has never ben a rule against recording people on the server...
Most players are recording all the time with Shadowplay or an equivalent.
Someone can kill you in a fight and then post a video on this forum titled "Jhaerik getting curbstomped" and it wouldn't be against the rules (i think...the current video-section has such videos).

There are plenty arguments for and against a streaming delay...your permission to being recorded isn't one

Technically most places (at least in the US) only require one party to consent for recordings. So technically, the streamer is consenting therefore it doesn't matter. However, since this is done over a 3rd party medium it changes the rules slightly but since they allow it then it doesn't matter what judge Judy thinks
