If I was to tell you 2 weeks ago that in a couple weeks you would be able to use a teleporter to teleport around the frontiers you would call me a moron. I'm fine with the tasks system, I'm fine with having greys running around the frontiers waiting for someone to kill them so that they might receive 5 billion RPs to powerlevel themselves through RR 1-5. I'm also fine with the giant zergs running around murdering each other.

What I'm NOT okay with is the fact that you are now able to TELEPORT around the zones. That gets rid of stealther action all together. Yes, we're still running around and yes, you're probably getting killed by us every now and then - however, this game has gone to complete shit. There is a way to fix this - make it so you have to turn in 150 items and then you're able to use the teleporter... this will prevent greys from being all over the zones and still allows choke points to be viable for stealthers for a short amount of time.. or just get rid of them all together and make people run the OLD SCHOOL WAY.

I play a stealther so that I don't NEED to find a group to go and RvR. Devs - SERIOUSLY consider getting rid of teleports. That or I'll have to roll a visi and use radar like the rest of Alb and Mid. Not even gonna get started on that - YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE.

The Teleporting needs to go. The New task system is really awesome, but the teleporting is just over the top.

Just the same as the Ball mechanic, teleporting around the frontier is just too far from daoc classic and messes with the frontier dynamic too much. Using the milegate as a blockade with other choke points to control your enemy is part of RVR. And not just for stealthers, for groups as well.

Teleporting should only be enabled for the invading realms after they turn in enough supplies.

The teleporting should be to keeps, not flags.

When the realm task begins, the two invading realms can fight for control over the 4 center keeps so they can use them for teleporting.

I hate stealthers but I still agree the teleports should go.

Make people learn the game has consequences if you die...

I like all these tweaks. Flags change hands far too quickly to be viable for teleporting.

I like the idea of being able to /release to a flag rather than straight teleport.

When you die in RVR, you can choose to /release normally or wait 3 minutes and /release to an eligible flag.

Some convenience, and some consequence.

The idea of flag spawning giving spawned players rvr immunity and speed 6 for a period of 30 sec sounds interesting too.

teleporting needs to go or server dies, simple as that. old frontiers just isnt designed for it
