Crit Dmg/Chance in RVR

Looking for a GM to confirm or someone who knows what the max chances are.

What I believe the chances are is the following

Crit Chance PVE 50%
Crit Dmg PVE 100%

Crit Chance RVR 50%
Crit Dmg RVR 50%

can anyone confirm or enlighten me as to if this is right or wrong?

Also DOT's in RVR can crit 100%

Only asking because well custom server (which we all love) custom rules so just nice to see where to focus certain RA's for RVR depending on how they work
