Common RvR abla/heal ratio for reactive procs on armor and shield

Hi everyone, I was wondering how you distribute your proc rate between heal and abla, on most classes and especially melee.

Im rollling my 1st tank on phoenix and Im kinda thorn on how I sure tincture myself, given that phoenix should follow the standard hit chance distribution:

Chest - 40%
Legs - 25%
Arms - 15%
Head - 10%
Feet - 5%
Hands - 5%

I was considering of going 45% heal proc with chest and hands and rest abla. Also for a shield I have honestly no idea what is better between the 2.

Would be very glad if someone can help me not ruin my procs ratio, thx! :p

epic dungeon chest heal (180 delve)
rest crafted with epic ablative (150 delve)

you might also consider reactive damage add proc (11.3 dps)

for shield i have no idea if/how exactly reactive procs work on phoenix. would appreciate any information (based on real testing).

If going for survival im guessing heal on shield engage if low health... if rvr in organised groups have to avoid dd's to not break a mez with a block, but if soloing you might want a lifedrain..that can proc and interupt an archer etc..depends on playstyle,my go to would be heal tho.
