I get shot for 550-600 by archers as a scale wearer. They are fine, you're expecting to be able to solo kill anyone by shooting them from 800 units which isn't the purpose of the class, at least not at this patch level.
Archers are fine with ranged, its their melee that is the problem. Yes, they are archers, i'm not saying make it so they can straight up melee enemies down but they still need to be able to melee good enough to finish off their targets which they cannot right now even heavily specced in melee. Even if they get the target down to 20% or even 10% life with bow in cases they still end up losing in melee almost everytime . Back in the day, I remember Archers generally needing to get the target half dead with bow to have a decent chance to win in melee by finishing off the other 50%.
I think I big problem is survivability with no Dodger or physical defense options. At this point I just want archers to have a decent chance to win by being able to finish off 30% life of an enemy in melee
