Can we get a small cooldown on using stealth ?

in RvR

its pretty lame to be ran down by stealthers that are totally immune to being attacked, happens quite often to, as u can see in vid starting at 1 minute in

could use a like 5 sec timer on that shit ;\ that's just silly

They risk getting inta'd when they unhide and you're given their location when they do so. When the normally unseen stalker is visible to you you only have yourself to blame for sticking around. If they were somehow doing damage or landing debuffs between unhiding/hiding sure , but their doing this just to gain short bursts of speed is only to their detriment. They managed to summon an SB to themselves after all

They are abusing the stealth mechanic and you are the 7 sec pbaoe disease.. maybe a DD charge would be enough to screw them over

what do I type in housing for 1's besides the staff or w/e ? gotta stop for 2 seconds and cast those
be nice to have for when im not heal /use iteming my ass off as I run screaming trying to survive anyway

Alc can craft them onto any armor piece but it needs to be equipped. Gloves/boots usually best as they are lowest to be hit for reactives procs.
