Bonuses and resists

I have the original DAOC Guide with all the mob types and character info for starting. It also has a guide that tells you how much bonus you get and negative to armor types and weapons. Like 20% bonus on trees if you use slash arrows. But here a lot of stuff is different. Now for mobs I can figure out what arrow to use after 2 shots. But can someone post what dmg type gets s bonus to what armor. Example. All cloth is neutral no matter what arrow. What is it for all armors? I’m sure a lot of peeps would like to know. Leather, studded, reinforced, chain, plate.

Thank you

Still kinda depends on the mobs. Not every tree gets bonus damage from slash. I know of some hib trees that they were resistant to slash (I think they were called "ironwood". So the name kinda fits ). I don't consider this a bug.
The linked resist table should be right for this server (just ignore the elemental damage types).

Check out the custom UIs in the support forum. I think every UI should have the tables built in so you can look at them ingame.

You can report those cases. Mobs basically have "races" and those, like the player races, have inherent resists but in case of mob races they can also have negative resists. There were (and probably still are) a lot of cases where it's exactly flipped, ie if it should have -20% slash and +10% thrust it might have +20% slash and -10% thrust or a mob might simply just have the wrong race assigned. The races are not the same as the mob type though, for example there are skeletons and zombies, both have the mob type undead but they got different races due to different vulnerabilities.
