Archery Questions - Phoenix Freeshard

Just came back after over a year of not playing and was going to play the hunter instead of SB I saw lots of archery changes so had a few questions.

1. Whats the dex caps or dex we should be shooting for now
2. is 250 quickness still enough
3. is there a capped speed for normal arrow shots?
4. whats the difference in damage from specing 45 or 50 bow
5. I saw a patch note about stealthers in the area reducing stealth what is the range and how much does it reduce per stealther
6. For buffs what is the cap 40BC/43BC or 50BC. Basically wondering what level MoArcane to settle on without wasting points

Appreciate any answers or even just pointing me in the right direction I tried to read a couple threads about archery changes but it was mostly just bashing and arguing on nothing related.

Edit: Current state nerfed not nerfed? Keep seeing different posts on different days going back and forth

If I recall correctly
It’s a little over 1% increase per point
Hunter has tons of spec options
40 BC should be adequate and cap your quick
The additional damage for 48BC for higher dex isn’t worth it
Invest it in spear

If you put points in quick on creation you may not need MoA to cap quick
I’d put elsewhere and bring MoA up until quick caps

i believe with moa2 and 40 bc i had 251 quickness. The last dex buff for hunter is 50BC.

I was thinking

35 stealth, 43bc(last af and last speed), 29 spear, 45 bow
Or
35 stealth, 43 bc, 50 bow, 19 spear (leaning more towards the first)
RAs: MoArcane2(might be 3 not sure at work atm), purge2, lw,tireless, longshot, was going to pump the rest into either aug dex to hit the decay point or either MoArchery only 3L8 so only 3 lvls into dex or archery atm
previously before i quit i was 35 bow and i played a little bit on monday when i first started playing again and the damage seemed really bad. Then I read the notes but it kinda flipped flop on damage increased damage reduced.

Whats the ideal dex or minimum dex I should be aiming for? I know there aren't breakpoints persay but there are still decay points.

43 bc is a waste of points, go for 40 bc or if u want 42 bc for af red buff.
To cap quickness depend which class u are
