99 or MP?

So, typical answer to this is 99 is good enough.

My question, does MP effect damage like on live?

For weapons? Yes.

On armor? Yes, but only if you don't have a baseline armor buff to make up for it.

tbh the amount of fights you will lose because you had 99 stuff instead of 100 is astronomically low, altho id run 100 weps if your melee cuase it helps your ws but not like it really is gonna change much outcomes

point is stop be lazy farm another couple hours and buy mp instead of 99, but if you don't it's not a big deal or anything you'll notice

the only noticeable advantage of MP armor or MP wep is the imbue

If you plan to play for a long time mp will not degrade as quickly.
