XP Items, 10turn ins worth similar per level?

So, i have only grouped so far and haven't looked at the solo-options much yet.

Yesterday i was in a group at a spot where also XP-Items dropped and i have a fullstack of items for lvl42-47.
How much XP can i expect when turning those in at lvl42? I have heard people getting 6-7bubbs when turning in a fullstack, is that true for all turn-ins?

Would it give me 7bubbs for my level, regardless of the level i turn it in?

Does it give that many bubbles in the highlvl area too?

You want to turn in items at the lowest level possible, so you being level 42, your 42-47 items will net you max XP.

For levels 30-40, you can expect 8-9 bubbles for turning in a stack.

For levels 40-50, you can expect 5 bubbles from turning in a stack (at minimum level).

Is there a list somewhere for each realms turn-in items? Like where are mobs located for each level range and realm...

Just fyi:

Lvl 47 char turning in 10 lvl 47-49 xp item = ~4.5bubs
Lvl 48 char turning in 10 lvl 48-49 xp item = ~4.2 bubs
Lvl 49 char turning in 10 lvl 49 xp item = ~4.0 bubs

You always want the 1st number to equal your lvl and the 2nd number to be the highest (most xp) because you can only turn in 10 per lvl.
