I've seen this... But it seems to me that, it's way easier to get Dex/qui and Str/con charges on hib and mid ? Pretty unballanced imo

Same difficulty I'd say. Most good charges are on dragon or SI epic dungeon's boss

I guess you should just join the raids and buy what you need with feathers ?
anywhere I can see what i can buy with feathers btw ? and cost ?
