I started playing on Phoenix about a week ago and have been having a blast with the game but still trying to learn the freeshard game. My question, is epic armor used and or viable at all here or is everything at 50 going to be geared towards player crafted and SC'd armor?
You have a lot of options here.
ROG will get you from 1-50 easy.
Dev's have said they think items purchased with Phoenix Feathers and a lot of quest items will also be used in templates, but player crafted and SC'ed is certainly more than viable.
