Feather item priority for caster

Hey all

Pretty new to DAoC, and having difficulty figuring out what to spend my feathers on. Has anyone figured out BiS items from the feather merchants? With them costing so much I don't want to buy the wrong thing.

Playing a darkness runemaster if that helps, and im happy saving up for whatever would be the best tier, if that makes sense

Also playing a Dark RM and also fairly new. I checked last night and even with my garbage rog drops (my cloak is 38util) I can fully temp my caster in 99qual gear. That being said, I think I'm going to include two feather drops in my build: dragon staff (Staff of Ageless Power) and TG chest (Runed Tuscarian). The staff, for sure, will be very standard in builds, from what I've gathered talking to others, and a couple of full TG (Tuscarian Glacier) runs will guarantee you can buy it.

By fully temp do you mean cap all the stats? Is there a site you use to figure it out? or Just writing it all down

Quite welcome! You can use either Loki's or Kort's to do the template. I used Loki personally. And yes, by full temp I mean maxing the stats. Thankfully casters are very easy to gear, since you only need 3 stats (dex, acuity, con). Besides that, max your hits, power, resists, focus levels, and mastery levels.... and it doesn't hurt to have a little bit of strength thrown in since you'll have the space as long as your rogs are an average of 45ish utility.

The three pieces of gear I have that aren't crafted or rog are the aforementioned staff and chest, plus the SI necklace. I believe there is a thread on the forums about the neck quest. You won't be able to solo it, but you can duo it.
