Hi, is the HoH bonus to statistics only valid for the character who completed HoH or for all characters in the realm account? Is there a way to see these Bonuses? Thank you

It's account-wide, regardless of realm or character.

When you are in the dungeon and you type /bonuses it will show you you bonus to power pool. It will be 1% per clear.
It will also show you your increased hits on that screen. On your character page if you hover over your stats it will show you your bonus from items, and you will notice that it is over 75.
None of these bonuses apply outside if the instance.
