Kobi will slightly more often evade and parry, Yes, he has significant more dex, but the parry skill more significant for parry chance, dex is divided in the formula through 100 , so is every thing over 100 already good enough. And evade is provided from advanced evade. And both - from savagery buffs, if you use them. Main buffs a savage will use are haste and dps buffs.
Troll has huge advantage, he could use 2H weapon which are just wonderful with savagery and 2H bonus. You will hit with slowest weapon at absolutely swing cap and deal with savagery DPs buff and 2H weapon bonus fantastic damage. With a hammer you will have a snare effect on side and back styles, which is very strong in RvR!
