What type of healer is lacking for RvR/end-game raiding?

I just hit 50 (first on phoenix) last night on my healer and was wondering what type (pac or aug) is needed the most currently in RvR and end-game raiding?

I've played both in the past so I'm familiar with each and more looking to see what is NEEDED. Thanks!

Pac is generally in short supply in RvR and aug for PvE, in my experience.
