Shaman Bd and Thane. Shamans can aoe farm orange/reds easy (like moderna) takes a while to kill but they gain all the loot and cash.
Thane can chainfarm orange reds cause of shield spec and heavy selfbuffs (I do this with added potionbuffs and I just destroy orange, reds. Frore liches for example)
