Thane race question - Phoenix Freeshard

So from what I understand, Thanes spell dmg is higher then his melee dmg, but his shield is still important obviously.

Is Frostalf the better thane race for higher magic? Or is troll better for better melee/hp's and still decent magic? Or is dwarf better?

Would love an answer for both PvP and also PvE raids

frost=best for casting
troll= best for melee
dwarf=allround with best racial resists
norse=allround

i personnally like dwarfs but tbh for thanes it dos not matter too much which race you choose

How would I do starting stats for dwarf?

10 dex 10 str 10 quick
you could also do 10 acu instead of str but i would keep dex and quick for casting speed, blocking, parry and swing speed
