Template question

Heya,

I'm trying to temp my skald but i still have a few things i'm unsure about...
My current interrogation is about the chest piece.
I've seen a lot of people advising to take the TG chest, but looking at other items i saw the Hauberk of Valhalla.
The proc seems OP and the stats are pretty good.

Why not use this chest instead ? Am i missing something ?

Hakr's is a good option also.

Just template what you prefer no one can tell you what's best since that is all relative to you playing the character.

That's my delema as well between TG or Valhalla on my shaman, is the heal 180 better than the hot 150 a tick?

im kinda leaning more towards the HOT tick Valhalla chest..id have to tweek, for a skald i'd go for the Valhalla chest tho imo.
