Stacking damage adds?

So, I know there's some different interactions throughout DAoC history, my question is, on Phoenix, how are different damage adds stacked/calculated?

For Example (Pulled from the phoenix charplan)
Darkness RM - Rune of Torment: 11.1 DPS
Aug Shaman - Ultimate Force Of The Deep: 4.6 DPS
Skald - Chant of Blood: 7.5 DPS

All three buffs applied to the same target, does the RM buff override the Shaman buff? And does the skald chant take effect at 50% value? Or not at all? Or does it remove the RM buff?

3 Types of DA stack. I believe multiple of each type can coexist, but the highest one is active.
1 Buff - RM DA, Healer DA, DA Charge/Proc
1 Chant - Skald DA Song
1 RA - AOTG
