I theorycrafted a SM tri-spec for smallman action...

Spec: 36 dark/33 supp/22 summ (The Debuffer Guy)

- Baseline dd (capped baseline dmg variance @ RR4?)
- Decent d/q debuff
- Decent s/c debuff
- Decent combat speed debuff
- Slightly stronger pet than unbuffed

Go ahead and criticize!

i just dont see how this is better than 47/26/5 tbh.

I was reasoning that the debuffs will help my Savage & Skald to kill faster, and me to die slower. But perhaps 47 dark LT is too good to be without.

This was viable on Live if I remember because you could debuff your own damage type when they made some changes to the SM. I don't think it's worth this though here.

At 22 summoning, your not really getting much. You don't even get the rez from 23. Your going to do less damage and miss out on red d/q debuff and life tap. I don't think it looks too good for small-man and would be terrible solo (missing Lifetap). I wish their could be more variety in spec but 47/26/5 seems the most optimal to me.

If you really wanted to, you could mess around with lowering suppression
47/23/13 - if you don't care about PBAoE and single target mezz. I use both. PBAoE to clear pets/mobs and pop stealthers. the single target mezz for mezzing mobs in DF.

47/19/18 - You lose more str/con debuff and haste but at least have demezz. I wouldn't lower more than that.

There are 2 Specs atm for sm on live.
One was 47 dark Rest sup,
The other Option is 41 sup 36 dark. But since you don’t have the Spirit nuke, it’s only cool to debuff your Own yellow pbaoe

So If you run with a slambot, the debuff bomb could be fun, But nothing that Makes it better than dark spec
