Since I been on mid there has not been any TG raids for the last week and a half. My guild along with some new guilds have recently come to mid and really needs credit. Would appreciate if someone that knows how to lead could lead a raid soon Thanks!

Lead one yourself, it's super easy.

Where is Qeo?
He got sick and had to leave right before the last raid was supposed to start. Someone else tried to take the lead but they couldn't get a decent group, and people just left.

The last TG I went on, waaaay to many people didn't listen to the instructions (that were very clear), and; hit wrong mobs, pulled without being told, aoe'd the griffon adds, and of course major afk'ing took place.

If I had time I would lead some TG's just to kick people who can't understand that raids only work if people work together.
Maybe after 2-3 raids people would understand the rules better.

It's not hard to understand rules. If you're not sure, you can always just watch the majority and take it from there. The problem comes from these ADD adults who feel like they dont have to listen to anyone. "Oh theres 200 people here so I can pull what I want". I dont get it.

Also with the pop decline, needing 200 people for a raid that takes 2 hours, that's like 60-90% of the realm population at any given time. Just not gunna happen.

Honestly, I think the mistake of that lies with design.

Designing an epic dungeon with such hard mobs that needs 50+ to kill (and that's being generous), and add conditions like that to them.
The raid leader has no way of checking what procs people use, it's freaking hopeless.

Either you have mobs that does tons of damage and has tons of hitpoints, or you give them conditions like that, not both imo.

All epic dungeons should be doable in 3 hours by 3 fg's. And all epic encounters doable by 3 fg's that just remotely listens.
2 fg's that work like clockwork should be able to clear everything.

Currently the epic dungeons, and credit/feathers from them, stands as a very large obstacle for new players.

It still is a simple instruction that people don’t comply with....after being asked dozen times or more

I think some don't understand english, some don't look at the instructions, and some don't understand the instructions.

I have yet to be on a TG raid where someone didn't F up somehow, despite clear instructions given.
And I've seen a plethora of people afk.

The afk is prolly the biggest. With 200 people, even with half afk it was doable. But you'd be hard pressed to get 100, and to make sure things work nobody can be afk. And everyone would have to listen. With a smaller pop now the raid dungeons need a rework on difficulty because you're just not going to get the people u need anymore. And the payoff for the raid is paltry compared to doing the new dungeons which are much easier to run.

Sorry to hear that. Hope he's not seriously ill, and will recover soon.
