But thats not the reason of the class, but the server.. (hard to solo as a visible non speed char).
A solo shaman with some basic RR can kill mostly everything.

Classes that takes long to kill someone, and especially who has to kite (move across wide areas), are frustrating to play on a server where people will zerg/add anything they come across.
So you might starting many fights you will win, in a 1v1 situation, but your 1v1 will become 1v2, then 1v9, or 9v1, fast.
