Skald Mezz Resists

Its driving me crazy. Feel like 50% of my mezzes get resisted.. is this normal? anyone else experiencing this?

Get mastery of focus 1 or 2. It should help with most of the resists.

I'm not sure if it is confirmation bias but I also felt my mez was getting resisted alot more than it should on my skald. Granted most of the skald spells are relatively low level, especially with 46 BS, I did get mastery of focus II but still felt the resist rate was noticeably high. Even "rage spec'ed" into mastery of focus III to get the spells up to lvl 50, because the resists were so frustrating.

Thing is i specced 50 BS and still tons of resists.. its become a runnign gag in my group..

mez is still level 42 - skill doesn't do anything in terms of resists as far as I know

for resist skillevel is irrelevant, only spelllevel counts (and target lvl)

the only way to decrease the resistrate against lvl50 players would be buying Mastery of Focus (which increases spelllevel for resistcalculations)

Yep, MoF 2 is pretty good return on investment for the two points you'll spend.

MoF doesn't do anything past 50 combined spell level + MoF.

I'm not sure if it's just me but it seemed to be resisting a lot more today, could just be imagining it though /shrug
