Setting up BG loot and chest is there a walk through?

Is there a walk through for setting up a BG loot chest. Or BG in general
Id like to run a BG and do TG or another dungeon but I really have no clue how to set up a loot chest or how to see who rolls the highest to lowest. I can read all the commands but not sure what I would NEED to implement in order to run a good raid. Or how to distribute the loot at the end. ect ect

If anyone can please post a thorough walk through on how you Lead a raid or direct me to a good link Id really appreciate it.
Lately there hasn't been much nighttime (EST) PVE raids.

I don't want to be the guy who is accused of stealing or being a poor leader. All my Toons are fully tempted but there is still a lot of people asking/needing feathers and such.

I cannot assist with the commands and how they work themselves....as i have only seen them once or twice and haven't used it

What i can recommend though is to test it out before you start a real raid

for example:
recording the rolls and using the command to see who was highest etc... can be done by just joining a raid , standing near lead and recording the people rolls
That way you can get a feeling how it works, without having a couple of hundred people getting angry and abusive when something goes wrong

Setting up the BG you can test with a single other person

Setting up the lootchest i don't know how it would be easily testable without building a greoup and do some other endgame PvE for testing. but i bet if you whisper some raidleaders ingame they will be willing to give you a few tips.

The hardest part is going to be the loot rolling, if you mess up there chat will get ugly fast. Sadly the benefit of doubt is something that you only get after already having done a few succesful raids. You could always announce that you will not roll yourself as you don't need items anymore, and that might give you a bit more leverage, but that's only if you want that. You lead, so you should get stuff.

PS: clearly announce lootrules at start. And don't change them during the raid

PPS: good luck, the more leaders this server gets the better for everyone. Don't let the haters discourage you too much and don't try to please every single person.
