Sc caster

Hi everybody!
I’ve been trying to find a decent Sc for my runemaster but couldn’t find any on those forums. Curious to see if you guys have any to suggest?

afaik only the TG vest with the healprocc is a go-to item. A manacharge item is probably also nice to have, but you can always use it from inventory anyways
