SB MoP now

So it's still good to train MoP now for SB? without mop i have 30% damage for critical right? with mop 5 I will increase damage for 10% but with less chance to Hit right?
So all that point for a 10% more damage are not better spent in viper? I think the increase is about 10-15 hit total from mop0 to mop5...
Or I'm wrong?

imo viper5 first then mop
im not sure atm if i like the change, got killed bya rr4 ns recently, every hit critted even though he only had mop5
