Savage or Beserker - Phoenix Freeshard

Can someone explain to me the difference in the two. Also can someone tell me which is eaiser for getting groups in RVR and PVE. What race for each and starting stats also. Thanks in advance!

Zerker = more consistent damage
Savage = more spike damage

In general spike damage is better in RvR because it's harder to heal against, but they are both solid and desirable in RvR.

I've been playing a Savage in RvR completely templated and I'll be honest if you want to level fast and in my opinion, have a more desirable experience playing the game roll a Warrior. I know this is off topic to what you asked, but I had the same thoughts and wanted to play a Savage and it's fun, but I'd have a better time on a Warrior especially if you are going to solo/duo or small man. You can also farm solo on a Warrior if you needed to for drops and items for salvage.

Just my 2 cents.

I'd say Savage. Like mentioned already, they deliver the most spike dps, and can pretty much tear a caster appart with a good quad hit..

Zerkers in Vendo are very fun too thgouh..

It really depends what you want.. Savages have cc in their styles, zerkers don't (maybe snare if hammer..)

Savages are miles ahead right now:
- they have cc
- access to thrust weapon
- spike damage

Zerkers have right now:
- vendo mode, where you instantly get slammed/rooted/mezzed the second you fire it up (you can't parry or evade in vendo mode either)
- umm and that's it, zerks don't have anything else.

Savage if you're good and can get side/back positionals as well as rotate buffs. Zerker if you're bad and spam doublefrost 24/7 like little boy nate.
