Runemaster Template - Phoenix Freeshard

Looking for a Runemaster Template with everything capped or for some suggestions with MUST HAVE items for a RM Template.

I'd consider TG Vest, acuity charge item and maybe tasty chunk of legion as core. Every other useful effect can be done either by drops (75 acuity buff, dd charge) or crafting (dd charge on gloves i.e.).

DD charge needs to be equipped, so you will need it either on a dropped or crafted staff or your armor, acuity buff and mana/heal items can be used from inventory.

Posting full templates is not useful because a big part is made of ROGs, so every template is completely different. A caster won't need ROGs that high, 50-55 should be sufficient to cap everything. And caster ROGs are usually way cheaper.

Universal (Mid) Caster template (adjust staff for your class):
Feather items:
1. TG Vest
2. TG Staff with DD Charge (there are different versions with 2 focus lines, pick the one with the right focus, they are interchangeable in your temp because they all have the same stats, only different focus lines). Don't use the dragon staff, you don't need the utility that much and you can get the charge elsewhere (see end of post).
3. Legion Mana Bracer
+4. Reprocs for you crafted armour.

The rest of the Jewelry is ROG around U50-60, the other armour pieces are crafted (I used all 5 crafted armour pieces in MP quality because of AF doubledipping (read that somewhere, don't know if true) and you can also cap STR (more encumbrance).

You will need around 60k feathers for everything here (maybe a bit more for the Heal/Ablative reprocs on you crafted armour pieces).

Then you can carry those 2 items in your inventory:
2 crafted AF2 MP (100%Q for 10 charges) gloves (costs less than 1g to craft those) with:
1x Spec AF charge
1x Acuity charge
Alchemists can craft those charges
