Runemaster

Hello everybody.

I would like to gain a foothold on midgard. I used to play Bersi and now I want to play a runemaster.

I have a few questions.
Which Race is best?

What skill to quickly grp to level?
And what does the final rvr skill look like?

Race :
Kobold has dex advantage (faster casting speed)
Frosty has piety advamtage (slightly harder nukes)
Dwarf has style

For solo and group leveling I would go full RC.

For rvr all three specs are good

If you are the only caster in a grouo, go dark rest supp (enough supp for blue NS)

You can go RC and be the cold debuffer/MA

Supp is utility spec, but I feel you have better utility going hivh dark rest supp

Just hit 50 on my runie and respecd full suppression right before. I played a carver on live for years and was concerned about soloing. Put the rest into RC and with +11 variance on the base bolt isn't bad for pve. No issues farming a couple Bands of Ice. Don't think I'll respect anytime soon but if I change my mind it'll be for 47 dark 26 suppression.
