Perfzerk spec

44LA, 21CS (2hPA still a big opener on most), 34 poisons (still get ws/con debuff), 38sword (or axe), 37 stealth.

At rr3 you get good dmg, poisons, an evade chain stun, PA, and comp 51weapon and 50 stealth.

Thoughts?

Seems decent enough. Not sure how much your perf will hit for with such low CS, and I'd be curious to find out.
