Must have healer template items

New to making templates and was curious what are the must have healer template items. I get TG vest, SI neck and the legion chunk but what else? shield? hammer? Thanks for input. Spec is 44 pac, 31 mend, this will be for an all around temp meaning, DS, RVR and PVE.

chunk, chest, dex/qui debuff 1h hammer, and then a 2h hammer to kill pets with.. also 44 pac is too much../ go 36 pac 40 mend.. thats usual pac healer spec

is the hammer a TG or dragon drop? crafted shield I take it then?

Wouldn't a staff be better than a 2h hammer for killing pets? Usually healers have higher dex than str.

Yep, it's like 60 more damage per swing if using the same speed and quality, I always ran with a staff on my Healer and would 1-shot anything but the last level of Earth pets, while Healers with hammers would need two swings..
