Just an additional recommendation. I am only at RR6 tho.

You will barely use the Str/Con pet-buff, therefore 40 is usually enough, especially if you manage to hit something useful with it. eg 44/50 spear or 35 bow.

The difference between 40bc and 30bc should be 15 Dex/Quick (buffvalue*1.25 for selfbuffs, as Cade mentioned, rounded down afaik).

You will most likely not go for 42bc just for the af and not lower than 32bc, therefore AF wouldn't change.
Yes CF includes SpecAf, with a value of 50. The 31bc buff has a value of 50*1,25=62. Therefore 12 more.

MoArcane in general is great as a Hunter, it increases Selfsbuffs and Combined Forces.
Make sure that you hit the 250 Quick hardcap and that you don't exceed it with MoArcane.
